Sumsel Daily – The Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru (HD) appreciated the achievements made by Jaltha Soccer School footballers ranging from U9 to U15. The extraordinary potential and talents of footballers aged 15 years receive direct support from the Governor of South Sumatra Herman Deru.
“The presence of these footballer children inspired me as the governor to allocate policies, both financial and related to training or management for these talents,” said Governor Herman Deru when receiving Jaltha Soccer School Foundation Management in the South Sumatra Governor’s Meeting Room, Thursday 19/03/2020). Herman Deru emphasized that there are many talented and potential footballers in South Sumatra. Therefore he asked for this potential to continue to be nurtured and developed properly. “So, at their age, we can and must nurture them so that they become reliable players,” he said.
Therefore Herman Deru said he was proud of the presence of these footballer children. Moreover, according to him, these children have received so many awards and this indicates that the achievements of South Sumatra footballers have the potential to be developed. “I am very happy to have outstanding football players. I see so many awards. Actually we still have great potential in this field of football to be developed,” he said.
He also reminded the Jaltha Soccer School Foundation to prioritize learning time (education for soccer children) and enjoying small mass for these children. “I hope the school for these children will not be damaged, if possible, the knowledge of education and talents can be combined so that they are channeled as well as relationships to their friends because they still want to play,” he added.
Meanwhile, the Manager of Jaltha Soccer School, Tri Yulia Vera, thanked Governor Herman Deru for being able to meet and also provide support to this footballer. “Incidentally, those who attended here started from U9 to U15, but not all of them were there because, currently Jaltha Soccer School is fostering 150 football players,” he explained briefly.
